Subprocessors

To provide CEL Ingredients, Chem Eco Luxe LLC relies on the following third-party subprocessors. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service, under its own security and confidentiality commitments.

Lovable (Lovable Cloud & Lovable Email)

Application hosting, database and file storage, and delivery of transactional email such as expiry and low-stock alerts and lot-record shares (sent from notify.celingredients.app).

Google — Gemini API

AI processing of ingredient label photos, Certificate of Analysis documents and assistant queries. Prompts and files are processed under Google's paid API terms, which do not permit training on submitted content.

Google — Google Sign-In

Optional sign-in with a Google account, so you can access CEL Ingredients without a separate password.

Stripe

Payment processing for CEL Ingredients Pro subscriptions. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
